The presenter will be Bethany Hayes\, who is an investigator with the Muskingum County Prosecutor's Office\, and she is a certified trainer in the ALICE approach to dealing with crises. ALICE is shorthand for Alert - Lockdown - Inform - Counter - Evacuate\, which is a protocol involving a series of options that when applied during a crisis experts believe saves lives. Bethany's presentation will address questions such as: \n\n	What exactly is ALICE? \n	Why should employers prepare? \n	How should employers prepare? \n	How will you respond to a violent incident at your workplace?\n\nReservations are required if you plan to attend and are not a regular Safety Council member.
