DESCRIPTION:2nd ANNUAL DAKOTA MATZ 5K FITNESS CHALLENGE DETAILS:\n\nJoin us Saturday July 30th for the 2nd Annual Dakota Matz 5k Fitness Challenge and walk\, a 5k with a twist.  If you?re up for a full-body challenge this is the race for you.  \n\nRACE COURSE:\n\nThe course consists mostly of trails throughout the woods and wetlands surrounding the beach.  The challenge requires completion of three stations throughout the duration of the race. Stations will include push-ups\, burpees and a sand suicide.\n\n \n\nAWARDS:\n\nAwards will be issued to the top three finishers in each category:\n\n14-under\, 15-19\, 20-29\, 30-39\, 40-49\, 50-59\, 60+\n\nWalkers or individuals who do not complete the three stations will not be eligible for awards.\n\nRACE PACKETS & FINISHLINE PERKS:\n\nYour race packet will include a race-shirt with the official race logo\, finish line food and beverage.\n\nAll participants registered by July 15th are guaranteed a race day T-shirt.\n\n \n\nEarly Packet Pick Up & Race Day Registration:\n\nEarly packet pick-up is available on Friday July 29th from 5-6:30pm at the Muskingum Recreation Center (1425 Newark Rd. Zanesville\, OH 43701).
