Food entrepreneurs become "legal" by working in a professional space inspected by government sources responsible for the certification of commercial kitchens and support the USDA and FDA regulations.\n\nMCBI provides assistance in: Product Development\, Ingredient Sourcing\, Packaging and labeling\, Shelf Life Information\, Nutrition Analysis\, Marketing Strategies\, Licensing Compliance and Business Development to name a few.\n\nThe management and staff of MCBI appreciate your interest and support in the development and success of our new kitchen incubator.
