DESCRIPTION:Join us for a discussion on Pay Equity. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nAn interactive discussion will be led by our Zanesville Business and Professional Women's president\, Paulette Knazek.  She will share from her experience\, what current research is saying on the topics of possible causes for the wage gap and tips on salary negotiations.\n\n\n\nPaulette's experience includes Human Resources with the Bicron and Saint Gobain companies\, Programmer/Analyst at Progressive Insurance\, dance instructor at various studios including her own\, and continues to learn and teach Hawaiian hula. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nA special hands on art/craft will be presented. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nAll members and quests please RSVP through our Facebook page so we have enough supplies for everyone.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nNo attendance fee.
