Carl Rittberger Sr., studied in Meat Trade School in Germany before immigrating to the US in 1897. Today we still use the same processes and recipes that Grandpa pleased his customers with, from the start. Grandpa grew his farm to over 800 acres to keep up with demand and today we still farm over 450 acres where he started in 1910. Make our family's tradition part of your family's tradition.
