About Us

Sterling Transitional Suites (STS) offers a high level of Skilled Nursing care and Rehabilitation, which helps patients recover to an optimal level of health, function more independently, and learn how to better care for your overall health needs.

STS is designed for the patient whose ultimate goal is a short-term stay and returning home. With an outcomes-based approach to rehabilitation and skilled nursing, patients and families work together with members of our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team and professional nursing staff. The team looks towards problem-solving strategies, the patient's right to self-determination, and a focus on the transition to home. Your length of stay is determined by your progression and success in treatment.

We offer physical, occupational and speech therapy. Our dietary staff provides delicious, nutritious meals in accordance with your physician's orders. Patients can order from the menu of daily specials and entree items. Patients can also choose to eat in their room or be served in the Bistro at Sterling.

In addition we have a beauty parlor and barber shop, social activities are offered daily, WiFi, high definition TVs and religious services are provided weekly.
